She has developed several transformational programs using a blended coaching and training model including The Emotionally Intelligent Leader Program and The Thrive Program for coaches.
Tracey has been coaching senior leaders within the private and public sector since 2003. Her client base is diverse including the following organizations: Schnitzer Steel, Viking Air, Health PEI, Natural Resources Canada, Public Service Agency, Arbutus Grove Nursery, and Cowichan Sportsplex, in addition to her ongoing roster of individual leaders. Her clients consistently generate reliable results that are testament to her coaching skills, passion and heart-filled impact. In recent years, she led an ICF accredited Coach Training Program in Malaysia, San Diego and Seattle. Lily is a lifelong learner with a passion for collaborative partnerships. She enjoys working with a systems perspective, developing coaching cultures in organizations. Over her formal career, she has held a variety of positions from front line to Director level positions.
In 2011, Lily was invited to lead the design of the highly successful internal coaching program for the BC Public Service. This included designing the program, training the internal coaches and the ongoing development and supervision of the cadre. She also partnered with various Ministries to create a coaching culture within the larger organization. This included training and supporting managers in shifting to a coaching leadership style. This was accomplished through workshops and individual and team coaching and a first ever Public Servants’ Coaching Summit.
Lily is now focused on her private coaching and consulting practice, where she works with individuals on a wide variety of topics and provides coaching supervision to experienced coaches. She also works collaboratively to design workshops and train internal trainers to ensure internal capacity and sustainability
Lily has a Masters Degree in Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University in Victoria BC and is positioned to complete a second Masters in Organizational and Leadership Development from Fielding University. She is a pioneer graduate of the first Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA) Diploma Course in North America. Lily has been trained in the ICF core competencies by two ICF credentialling assessors and is passionate about sharing her knowledge.
Lily lives in Victoria BC and enjoys learning, travelling, and reading, and in the summer, she can often been seen lounging in the sun on a sailboat, or kayaking in the Pacific Ocean.[/fusion_text]
